Gull imports fully refined fuel into its state of the art Terminal at Mount Maunganui, on the North Island’s central east coast. This central location enables Gull to service its entire network without replicating facilities.
Initially noted as “impossible” by the oil giants, Gull opened the Terminal on Hewletts Road in 1999.
With total storage capacity of 78 Million litres it is significantly larger than the other Mount Maunganui installations. Cleaner and newer than other facilities, product quality and integrity is paramount.
The highly efficient nature of the terminal has simplified the blending process for Gull’s biofuels; Gull Regular Plus, Gull Force 10 and Gull Force Pro, which are blended on site from base gasoline and ethanol.
